Thank you for shopping with The Strategist’s Weekly Planner. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

How Orders Are Fulfilled

All planners are produced and shipped using print-on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Lulu. This means each planner is printed specifically for your order—helping us reduce waste and maintain quality.

Processing Time

Because each product is made to order, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for printing and processing
     

  • Processing begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed
     

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order is printed, shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after printing
     

  • International orders: 10–20 business days after printing
     

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
     

  • Shipping method selected
     

  • Product weight and size
     

We do not add handling fees beyond what our fulfillment partner charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

International Shipping

We may not offer international shipping. Please be aware:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country
     

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Peak shipping seasons
