30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your planner. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a return for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

 

Eligibility

• Planner must be in unused, resalable condition (no writing or damage).
• Proof of purchase/order number required.

How to Return

Email info@stategistsplanner.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of the planner condition
• Reason for return

 

We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and address. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method as quickly as possible.

• Used or marked planners
• Digital downloads
